Jeremy Bloom, the Director of Development and Partnerships at Circulate San Diego spoke about Circulate’s planning and advocacy efforts around their Vision Zero Campaign. On average, one person is injured every day in San Diego while driving, walking or bicycling. In 2015, Circulate launched their Vision Zero Campaign in an effort to end these injuries and loss of life. Vision Zero is a data-driven approach to eliminate traffic fatalities and severe injuries on our roadways, by increasing safe, healthy, and equitable mobility.
