Norm Root is an original partner in ACI Commercial, a 40 year old Investment Property Brokerage company, specializing in the San Diego “multi-family” market. He was involved with affordable housing development and redevelopment around the country from 1992 to 2004. He spoke on our current real estate market, the San Diego apartment market specifically and the city’s plans to resolve the low-income housing needs here.
