This morning, Mathew Parcasio, MA, joined the Optimist Club of Point Loma for breakfast and provided insights into the County programs offered through the Aging & Independent Services department of the County’s Health and Human Services Agency.  Programs like:

  • Senior Dining – Home delivered meals

  • Caregiver support

  • Case management services

  • Home Supportive services

  • Vial for Life program
