Adam Zack General Manager and Co-Founder of Jensen’s Fine Food receiving a Gratitude Award from the Optimist Club of Point Loma as our annual Jensen’s Wine Tasting event held at the Point Loma Assembly.

For those who might be new to this, our annual Jensen’s Wine Tasting event is a cherished tradition hosted at the Point Loma Assembly aimed at championing the Point Loma Optimist Club's commitment to fostering numerous youth programs across the Peninsula.

The exquisite food and wine we're enjoying tonight are credited to the wonderful team at Jensen’s:

  • Josh Brown, their commendable Sommelier.

  • Aldo Ramirez, one of the rare Certified Cheese Professionals in our county.

  • Chefs Marcelo Plecencia & Julius Attiq for the delightful appetizers.

  • A round of applause for Store Manager Sandra Gilmer, the organizational genius behind the scenes.

  • And certainly, a special mention to our very own Optimist member, Adam Zack, the dynamic General Manager & Co-Founder of Jensen’s Fine Foods!

  • A final thanks to the 14 different vintners donating their wine and time!
