Nicole Koch - Voices For Children

Nicole Koch is the Director of CASA Recruitment & Outreach at Voices for Children. During her 5 years at the agency, Nicole has focused her team's efforts on both increasing the number of new CASA volunteers and increasing the accessibility and diverse representation within the volunteer base. In addition to her role on the Recruitment team, Nicole has been an active member of Voices' IDEAA Council, working to highlight opportunities for more inclusive policies at the agency. When not working, Nicole can be found exploring local independent bookstores or playing at the park with her daughter.

Kim Lee has been a dedicated CASA for 7 years. She is described as a "fierce" advocate and supported her youth through some very difficult situations, including her transition into motherhood. In addition to her work as a CASA, Kim owns a local coffee shop and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
