Evan is a Marine Interdiction Agent with California Border Patrol’s Air and Marine Branch in San Diego. Evan is willing to go out in the middle of the night just to catch the bad guys off our coast! He gave us an update on the state of affairs and how CBP works to catch human and drug smugglers off of the California coast.
